A-Tex Pest Managment Inc. was founded in 2002 with the idea that professional, reliable, punctual, service with highest possible quality should be delivered to commercial and residential customer's at an affordable price. We are locally owned and operated and have been fortunate to be able to sustain positive growth every year since 2002 and have also successfully completed the acquisition of two other smaller companies in the Austin and surrounding areas helping to strengthen our company even more and assist in the continued growth through our original beliefs when opening. We continue to try to provide every one of our customer's with the best possible quality and the personal attention they deserve therefor coining our slogan " Large enough to serve, Small enough to care!" All A-Tex Pest Management Inc. personnel are required to take monthly in-house training tests. In addition, all personnel are required to attend monthly company meetings where the company discusses new products and the most modern methods of Integrated Pest Management. A-Tex including all personnel, has over 35 years of experience in the Pest Management field. All personnel are required to be state certified and attend continuing education courses. This means our customers are getting the best technical experience at their residence or commercial facility, as well as our customers can always talk directly to ownership should any questions or needs arrive. We are committed to continue growing year after year while upholding our quality of service standards for all of our customers and look forward to serving you for years to come. Jason Napolski
President

Originally an Ohio native, Jason moved to Austin in 1993 in order to pursue a degree in Chiropractic, while attending college studying the necessary Pre-Med courses he was introduced and began his experience in the pest control industry with a local company in 1997 through friend and now vice president of A-Tex Pest Management Inc., Christopher Meador Sr.  The introduction into the industry was at ground level, beginning as an apprentice and training to become a technician, then running his own route of commercial and residential customers, eventually working his way up to upper level management through hard work and customer service skills.  Working daily side by side with Christopher as a team they made numerous positive changes and achievements for the company until it's eventual sale to a nationwide pest control company, at which time Jason took a corporate position with the nationwide company and continued to work with them until deciding to start his own endeavor with A-Tex Pest Management Inc, in his leisure time Jason enjoys playing basketball, fishing, golfing, and enjoying the weather and city activities here in Austin.

Christopher Meador Sr.
Vice President

Christopher is an Austin native and longtime friend of President Jason Napolski and as noted above introduced him to the pest control industry in 1997 after he as well made a career change into the pest control industry in 1996.  Christopher also began his career in the industry at ground level and followed the same path and rise to management through continuous hard work on a daily basis, after the sale of the local company that they both worked for Christopher went to work for another small company for a few years until teaming up with Jason in 2002 to start A-Tex Pest Managment Inc.  Christopher is a proud father of three sons: Christopher Jr., Tyler, and Austin and in his leisure time is heavily involved in their baseball and other sports activites, as well as assisting in his youngest son Austin's pursuit of an acting career.    

Rodrick Mclennan
Route Service Manager

Rodrick is also an Austin native and long time friend of both Christopher and Jason, and was also brought into the pest control industry through them while they were working together in 1997.  Rodrick began with the same local company at ground level and then taking over Jason's route of customer's upon his advancement into management.  Once A-Tex Pest Managment Inc. grew and was in need of it's first route technician Jason and Chris knew that Rodrick was an excellent choice.  Customers are always complementing Rodrick on the smile he always has on his face, his positive attitude and the great customer service he provides.  Rodrick is also a proud father of three sons: Rodrick Jr., Rashad, and Raylen, and in his leisure time enjoys spending time with his family as well as is heavily involved in Church actvities. 

Gordon Ramsey
Professional Consultant

A Native Texan, Gordon Ramsey, started his account manager career in the pest control industry in 1998. He worked for two major local pest control companies for over six years. Prior to coming to A-Tex Pest Management, Inc., Gordon worked as a sales consultant for various local and central Texas companies. Gordon is married and has two daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his daughters play tennis. He is also involved in the usher ministry at his church.
